Cycle Oregon Fund

Granting Procedures

Cycle Oregon typically makes grants to 501(c)(3) organizations and local communities ranging from $500 - $20,000. Proposals are reviewed and grants awarded annually by the Board of Directors.

The Cycle Oregon Fund is administered by The Oregon Community Foundation.

Applicants must submit a complete proposal by December 4, 2008.

COMPLETE PROPOSALS MUST INCLUDE:

1. Grant Application Summary Form
2. Detailed project description, including activities and timetable (no more than three pages)
3. Detailed project budget (no more than one page)
4. IRS letter verifying 501(c)(3) status (if not a governmental organization)
5. Board of Directors list
6. Letters of support
