Cycle Oregon, The Bike Gallery, and STRADA are teaming up to acquaint Cycle Oregon riders in the Portland area with all the little details needed to enjoy Cycle Oregon like a seasoned veteran. From basic to obscure, topics for these free two-hour clinics include: what to expect on a typical day, recommendations for training and nutrition, how to ride safely in a group, making sure you have your bike ready for the ride, and the secrets of packing light and not being without what you need.
