Celebrate an Anniversary in Style
You know we couldn’t have a 25th Anniversary ride without a route that could live up to the occasion. So we’ve crammed in as much as possible of the things that make Oregon a cycling paradise. Start in far-off Bly, riding two days through the kind of wide-open country where you don’t see a vehicle for hours and all you hear is your breath and the birds. Climb up to the rim of the world at singularly majestic Crater Lake. Traverse Southern Oregon’s high country past alpine lakes, pine forests and lush meadows. Drop down into Ashland, the verdant city of Shakespeare and cultured living, and hang around for a couple days. Finish by passing through the teeming wildlife of the Klamath Basin before ending up out in the wilds where you began. It’s a sampler plate of tasty Oregon cycling.
